We are is connecting with experienced Welders and Welder-Fabricators for current and future permanent opportunities across Red Deer and Central Alberta. We are interested in candidates with strong shop or field experience in manufacturing, structural, industrial, equipment or custom-fabrication environments.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, drawings and specifications
Fit, fabricate, assemble and weld components using the processes required for the work
Operate common fabrication equipment such as brakes, shears, saws, torches, plasma cutters and grinders
Inspect completed work for dimensional accuracy, weld quality and specification compliance
Maintain a safe, organized work area and support production schedules and quality standards

Qualifications:

Alberta Journeyperson Welder certificate or recognized Red Seal certification
Demonstrated MIG, FCAW, SMAW and/or TIG experience relevant to the employer's work
Strong fitting, layout, measurement and fabrication skills
Current CWB, B-pressure or specialized procedure qualifications are valuable assets
Valid driver's licence, safety tickets and ability to complete weld testing where required
